@ASIAIR@ZWO#59743 don't worry, it works now, it must have been a problem with the wifi, when you click "forget network" and reconnect it works for me, thanks.

Just sharing that beta 62 is still not working when you start the app for ANY ipads. Everything is sideways and the orientation is shifted on the ipad incorrectly. You do really need to fix this core opening sequence as no one ever uses ipads in portrait mode and the entire ASIAir app once you enter device is a forced-landscape mode design.. why would it open up sideways?

Please simply fix the opening app to be a landscape only on iPads

I tried to run live stack with ASiair Ver. 2.0.11. The issue of automatic histogram resetting during live stack that was present in Ver. 2.06 has not been fixed.
Does ZWO recognize this issue as a critical issue? If not fixed, ASiair will be useless.

okadamory Quite over exaggeration to say that because of that it is useless.... some reasonability would be sufficient 😄

Hara I'm not exaggerating or anything. I use ASiair because of the live stack feature. If that live stack feature is not decent, I will move on to APT and Sharpcap.

I use Asiair with all functions of this excellent integration platform except live stacking because of better control with PI or MaxIm DL😜

Just tried the final release version on an iPad and this flipping back and forth between landscape and portrait mode is very irritating. Ideally the app should support both landscape and portrait mode for all screens. If not it should support landscape only on iPad.

Do we have somewhere an new version of manual describing these new features and how they are supposed to be used?

I downloaded the beta version a few days back. Now you have released the normal non beta version.
Yet how can I tell the difference between them now? How do I know what is beta and new version? Android store information doesn't help on that. Is their a version number for Android I should look for ? Thanks

The non-beta version will be in the app store, although the one currently in Google Play is still the 1.9.1 version.

Was using the latest release last night and having significant difficulty getting the zoom to work when I wanted to focus my guide camera. I don't know what the issue was. I deselected my 533MC as the main camera and deselected my 290MM Mini as the guide. I then selected the 290MM as my main camera and clicked the Focus mode. I got the green box but I never saw the "Zoom" button enabled, I don't know what was wrong but it would not work.

Hara Does this new Plan mode automatically stack taken pictures and show result in screen? just waching the picture in the screen I would say that it does... previous version didn't, it showed only the one latest picture. It would be nice to have a manual....

Can you support other manufacturers field rotator and focuser like Primalucelab please?
I miss at least a field rotator...

chdunkel Sorry, there is no plan to support other brands except mount and selected DSLR.

Can the next build version have the feature of park position and home position?

              • w7ay replied to this.

                neptune2015 home position?

Homing has been available for many versions now. Mount Settings window. You may have missed it on a smaller tablet since it is at the bottom of the menu, and may require scrolling to be visible.

It is also available as an action at the end of an AutoRun sequence.

Yes iI know about the home position, but what I am talking about two different things: park position and home position.

The park position is whatever you set it to. People with roll-off roof observatories, often want a park position where the counterweight arm is horizontal and the scope is horizontal. This minimizes the height of the rig to allow for roof clearance.
                Thanks
