ASI432mm not working at all

I am using a Lunt LS100MT with B1800 and single & double-stack filter.

the ASI432mm was the camera I used. I got pictures for a day or two, then it went black. No light motion, nothing. I sent a note to Agena Astro and they sent me a replacement 432mm. It does not work, either. I only had my original 432 for less than a week.

I am using ASI Studio, ASICap for my capture. It finds a 432mm in the drop-down menu box, but no joy. I tried my 174mm and it works great. I tried my 6200mm and it works great, other than a big issue with the focus.

Even if I point the 6200mm just at the outside window, I get white and yellow (bare camera, no telescope). My 174mm does the same, so in other words, it is trying to image. When I do this with the 432mm, nothing. My screen remains black.

I even tried a brand new USB 3.0 cable, hoping that would solve it. Nope.

Is there anything I can check in ASI Studio? Any camera settings? Help!
Incidentally, this is for photographing he sun. Any better B&W camera for solar imaging? The 2600mm?

I figured this out, but thought ZWO might want to know what’s going on.
My ASI432mm was showing a black screen in ASI STudio, ASICap. I adjusted Exposure (it was almost at maximum) downward and the picture showed up. I just held the camera up to my window, so the light would make the camera respond.

So if I put the camera in the middle of the Exposure slider, it will show light. But if I go up to higher Exposure, the screen goes black.
