EAF on C 9,25

I connected the EAF as per the manual, but when I go to focus, I reach the end of the stroke both on one side and on the other without ever getting into focus. I unplugged everything and reassembled ... I managed after several attempts by bringing the maximum parameter back to zero. Now my question, but when I use EAF in manual and without asiair pro, how do I focus?

sompi68 having a Celestron EdgeHD 8" myself, i can tell, that before attaching the EAF to the SCT, you need to manually bring the SCT into focus and then attach the EAF. And directly after attaching the EAF, set it's current position to 30.000, the minimum position to 0 and the maximum position to 60.000. This way, you have enough steps to move in both directions. Also, for SCTs it is best to set reversed in the EAF's settings in the ASIAir App to enabled because of gravity / mirror flop issues.

sompi68 The focuser of SCT has long stroke, the max step of EAF is 65000 which can't cover the stroke of the SCT focuser, so we recommend you get focus roughly before installing the EAF, or you can reset the current position to 0 to move more further, as you did before.
