If you also want to shoot other planetary objects, ASI294MC is better than ASI183MC, because the ASI183MC combination without reducer or with Barlow leads to over-sampling.
But if you only want to shoot the moon, the ASI183MC combination is better than ASI294MC, it can reach the limiting resolution of your telescope.
Or you can consider this new camera ASI585MC.
It has a higher QE, lower read noise, and larger pixel than ASI183MC, also without amp-glow, but needs a little more shots than ASI183MC.
