I have just received my new amount and was transferring from my car to my house with the attached shoulder strap. I hadn’t gone 10 feet before the strap connector broke and my case fell to the ground and rolled about 5 feet. I’m hoping my mount is undamaged but I can tell you now that the connections on that strap or not meant for the weight of the mount.
