Dspital Is that supposed to be the session start time or is it supposed to be updating to current time ?
It is the local time that is retrieved from the mount.
However, it does not auto-update (at least I have never seen it update). You have to leave the Mount Settings window and enter the window again, to get it to update. Essentially, it is the mount's local time at the time you opened the Mount Settings window.
Note also that if you had turned Daylight Saving Time in the mount off (which you need to do because ASIAIR does not understand DST), the time in Mount Info will be off by one hour when your country/region is observing Daylight Saving.
