CEM 40 and asiair losing connection

Guys please help,@ i am giving up
I have 2 identical CEM 40
2 identical Adiair plus

One of then is working the other one is from time t time losing connection between mount cem40 and adiair plus.
I replaced the mount already, cross checked the asiair .
Replaced cables
I am using a USB hub between ,
I thought it wad a cem40 (I was reproducing the error ) but the new mount is also disconnecting from the asiair .
I don't know what else I can do

Tomtoka Dont worry, we can make it. Please check the power supply. One more thing we can check is, try the latest v2.0 beta and then upload the log to help the devs to find out the reason.

Will v2 remove the need to use a USB hub to get the CEM40 and ASIAIR to connect?

I tried the v2.0 with GEM 45 2021+. It still doesn’t work with direct connection and needs the USB hub. Even during a quick test of mount and ASIAIR of 30 min, connection to the mount from ASIAIR is dropped just after few minutes of idle. If I keep on moving the mount then it retains the connection, this means during guiding it may work well but during polar alignment when there is much less movement of the mount via ASIAIR and few minutes in between to reduce PA error, it may lose the connection and would need to be disabled and enabled again.

Is your usb hub powered? I have found that with either my asiair+ or mini pc nuc it is best to use a powered hub between the device and mount.

KF7DS all the solutions till now recommended unpowered hub. So I am using unpowered hub. I have 2 hubs - USB 2.0 and USB 3.0

ashutoshv If you have a cooled camera you can always use one of the USB ports at the back to connect the mount.

Try a powered hub. Made all the difference-unpowered hub did not help
