I've had my ASIAIR Plus for a few weeks now, and have been imaging every clear night. The WiFi range is poor (so the Pro must be really horrible). With it 30 feet from my router in the house the connection drops out constantly, and is highly dependent on the orientation of the scope. The distance to the far corner of my garage slab is about 50 feet, and that's out of the question. Neither the hotspot nor station modes work well. I tried half-a-dozen different antennas and was getting slightly better performance with a 9dBi antenna clamped to the tripod leg and connected to the Plus with a 3-foot coax cable. Still not happy, though. So yesterday I set up a Vonets VBG1200 Bridge, and with that strapped to the top of my scope tube I'm happy to report that I was getting fast image downloads and no re-connects in a full night of observing. The VBG1200 gave me lots of trouble trying to configure it while powered from a USB port, but that cleared up when I plugged it into 12V.
