I have a link to the 1.9.1 apk, but I think ZWO should provide a link for all the people who need to go back to 1.9.1 until they get this fixed. I posted the link on the FB page for the ASIAIR group. I can post it here if it's approved by the ZWO moderator.
dudleyjohn Please post it.
AstroVis I have this same problem from time to time.
My problem remains unresolved. No reply from ZWO, which is very frustrating. This is a commercial product, which is now parked in a corner due to lack of support. At the very least ZWO should provide a link to version 1.9.1 and stop recommending people upgrade to version 2.0 and warn (and admit) that connectivity issues may arise if folks go ahead with the upgrade on android.
rodrigol https://apkpure.com/asiair/com.zwoasi.asiair Please visit this link. We have received reports about the connection issue on Android and working on it. Thanks for your understanding. When it's fixed, new update will be uploaded ASAP.
PMTeam@ZWO This is unacceptable, you should have fixed this and re released an update within the week you found out. Here I am now after not imaging in 7 months with 5 clear days to image. I have wasted 2 nights dealing with this on asi air plus which still has a very poor wifi solution and cannot connect my BERYL. You need to make it MUCH easier to downgrade firmware and stop hastily releasing updates. Please fix this ASAP, its 5 degrees farenheit out side, crystal clear, and I cannot image. I stopped using a laptop for asi air but now im having to get it all updated because the asi air ap had poor qc in the latest firmware release. You really need to do a better job of making sure the system is working properly. You have left users dead in the water for 3 months now!
@ASIAIR@ZWO#61063 How about providing a link to version1.9.1 I have no-way of controlling my asiair, at the moment,
@ASIAIR@ZWO#61063 Hi, Thanks for replying. Looking forward to a 2.0 version that does not have these connection issues.
Link to version 1.9.1 for those with android devices having connection issues: https://m.apkpure.com/asiair/com.zwoasi.asiair/variant/1.9.1-APK Thanks to ZWO. NOTE: Getting hold of version 1.9.1 is a bit complicated. You seem to have to install apkpure and use that to get 1.9.1. ZWO should explain. I've also reset the firmware and restarted the asiair+ and the am5. All seems to be working fine now.
I have tried down loading it, but I get " web page not available"
I am using my android tablet to actually try to download, How exactly do I do this, Why is ZWO making it so difficult to do this?
Loupy Here is the link to my copy: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhBNaeLnfhYjgoMl1IPMBoKdFDkefA?e=F7JM4m I use APK Installer, which I got from the Play Store. It's really easy to use. You'll get an error. Something about a network error. All you have to do is click the play triangle next to the file and tell it to save.
Why Doesn't ZWO make previous version Available on there site, So people who wish to use an older version can do so, without have to go throw all this crap

Hi, Thanks for posting the link, Was able to install it back onto my Tablet I tested it last night and all is well again. Thx
Cheers Peter
I'm liking v2.0, but I'm having a problem with guide stability settings. I have it set to <0.6" for 5 sec. It appears to be waiting for either 5 sec or until it's within 0.6".
Is there a preferred method for uploading logs?
Issue with logs, the guiding logs since 2.0 release are truncated. They only do the first imaging from doing live stacking, after the first target the logs are no longer being written too, this started with 2.0 and happens everytime.
Thanks,
Jon
Still unable to connect with my android devices on 2.0. It says "Services Unconnected" and will not connect in any way.
Treebeard I went back to 1.9.1
I'm suffering from Polar Alignment after installing official 2.0 version. I've been using All sky PA since I cannot see pole star at my place. It was okay with beta 2.0, but with official 2.0 every time I try PA, the error gets bigger and bigger no matter how I adjust Alt/AZ nob. It is not that big problem with focal length 400 ~ 500 telescope but to FL 1,000 telescope like 10 inch newtonian things are very different. Does any one experience this error like me?
etch418 Yep. I have a 430mm FL, and it is an issue. I can't see Polaris at all due to trees and need All Sky PA. For the initial crude adjustment I moved significantly the whole mount. However, the next calculation was only a few arc minutes difference. After several of these adjustments I was now aimed well away from Polaris. This may be a contributor to ASIAir v.2 not able to guide at all. I just gave up. I couldn't even upload log files. They are probably nearly useless though since I'm seeing the truncation issue as well. I actually received a response from Walf@ZWO about this earlier today in a different thread. I'm not liking v.2 at all.
Wow, I just installed Asiair APP 2.0 with Bluestacks on my Windows PC. Runs perfectly, now I have the big screen at my disposal and can manage and control everything from my desk. Very useful when it's cold outside.
As of today memory card no longer recognized. Have reformatted and reinserted several times. Recognized on my computers but asiair plus doesn’t see it anymore.
