The standard "motor bracket" than comes included with the "new EAF" is quite good for most purposes. While there are other brackets sold for Takahashi and Celestron, it would be good to be able to buy extra standard brackets also. I have two telescopes and would like to sometimes swap the EAF between them. If the bracket could stay fixed to the telescope, it would make switching much easier.

Douglas Makes sense and I hope those will be made available. However, you could get a 2nd focuser to make your life easier.

Douglas Thanks for your support, I will forward to our team.

About this, you can only loosen the screws on the EAF to keep the bracket on the telescope.

enaiman Yes, I'm thinking of getting a 2nd focuser. It would make life easier. In my case, I actually have a bit of trouble storing the telescope with the focuser attached (it sticks out quite a bit). Also in my case, my two telescopes use different flexible couplers so those parts can stay on their respective telescope. I found just swapping the electronic part was relatively easy if the coupler and the bracket stayed on the telescope. I generally use only one telescope at a time (some may have two running at once).
