I tried your suggestions but they don't work because I have to change to the AM5's IP address range and my network doesn't use that range so I can't connect to the mount or the internet but not both at the same time. I finally concluded that the AM5 doesn't support WPA2 encryption with AES, only TKIP.
So, I took another computer with an internal WiFi card, connected it to the AM5 and was able to update both controller and mount since the computer was also connected to my home internet. It had no encryption.
It would be very helpful if you could make your products with a changeable IP address so that the customer can change the IP to match their network IP ranges. Also, you should really also support WPA2 with AES as it is the most secure.
