ASIAIR PLUS worked fine when I first turned it on a month ago to see how it worked.

Now it comes on, red power light, strong green IO light then it beeps, WIFI red light comes on and green light goes out then it says I have no internet connection. Refuses to connect to ASIAIR PLUS. I have tried everything. Can I please get rid of this update and go back to old one?

The PHONE APP will not connect to ASIAIR+, it does not recognize it. I have tried SCAN, I have entered it's IP Address manually. Nothing helps. I followed the ZWO trouble shooters advise, still does not recognize the ASIAIR. The GREEN system light is supposed to blink, it goes off when the red WIFI light comes on. I know I'm not supposed to have an internet connection. It actually is confusing and NO INTERNET CONNECTION does not need to appear. Also when I turned it on for the first time in the same exact place a month ago it worked fine. The app immediately recognized the device and all was good. It's an office environment running multiple computers with internet and WIFI always on. It worked great the first time.

What do you want screen shots of? THE SYS GREEN LIGHT TURNS OFF WHEN WIFI RED LIGHT COMES ON!! THE PHONE APP DOES NOT SEE THE ASIAIR !!

I turn AISAIR on, red power light comes on then green sys light comes on, wait a few seconds there is a beep, red WIFI light comes on green sys light blinks and goes off.

The green sys light goes off after beeping and the red wifi light comes on. ZWO trouble shooter indicates the green sys light should not go out but continue blinking. If the green sys light is off then there in no sys operating and it seems this is the issue. All other networks have been ignored. The ASIAIR has been on for over an hour and the green sys light is off, red power light is on, red wifi light is on. The iphone app does not recognize the ASIAIR device.

It is fixed. Works perfect now.

WiFi works fine. But, how do you turn the dc 12 volt output ports on?

Go to the ASIAIR Settings panel and select which power plugs you want to enable.

Hi! I have a similar situation. AA + distributes the network, the phone connects to it. I start the application, there is a connection with the services for a few seconds, then a screen appears on which the red inscription "Service Unconnected" appears. On another, older phone, the connection is made and everything works. How to force the services to connect to the phone? Android on the new phone 11, on the old 8.

SPalych Long press the "Service Unconnected" , more details will be displayed on the left side of the page. Take screenshots or commit logs to help developers analyze the problem.

I had a similar problem about a day after first setting up my AA+. It would boot up, but never spawn a network. I realized that it seemed to be recursively booting. I could hear the slightest click every 5 or so seconds. I checked my power supply with a multimeter - a power supply that I had been using for a long time with my rig, and it was producing less than 12v to my surprise. I switched in a new 13.6V power supply and the AA+ booted up perfectly.
