ASIAIR - Guide Cam Dark Library

Hello,

I'm trying to build Dark Library for my guide cam (ASI174 MM), when ever I try to auto build the library it fails after 25%.

Can I manually build library and save it on ASIAIR either on the SD card (Plus version) or USB (Air Pro version), is there a specific location or folder where the library is stored?

Is there a process/steps for manually creating a dark library? Lastly does one need to create a library with different guide exposures and gain values?

Only the Dark Library made by ASIAIR can be used in the App. In your case, it may be caused by exposure failure, can you restart the camera and try again? If it still fails, please submit the log, we will help you to check

Hello, I have submitted the logs, after registering and submitting the logs, how does one tracker it?

The emails I received after registering...links in them don't work!

thank you, I have tried several times but I get the same error, ASIAIR will start building library then fail when it gets up to 12.3%

I’ll submit log and when I do I’ll let you know.
