Best Method for Focusing ZWO guide camera with ASIAIR Plus

Is there a best practice for focusing the guide telescope and camera using ASIAIR Plus? I am using the ZWO guide scope (120mm focal length). It seems a bit primitive to turn the front barrel. I suppose I could slide the camera forward or back to achieve focus. Yes?

Finally, do I make the guide camera the main camera in order to see the stars on my tablet, or is there a way for ASIAIR to display the image coming from the guide scope without having to switch settings?

The 30F4 objective is on a a very fine thread and it does work well as a helical focuser. I just inserted the 120MM Mini camera close to the black/red division and focused, and haven't had to touch it since then (guiding doesn't require pinpoint-perfect focus). I did switch the guide camera to the main camera to focus that one time.

Sliding the camera in and out does the same thing - you can use it for large adjustments; too much movement for fine focus.
Click on the upper left corner on the guiding graph and it will give you access to the guiding screen. From there you can see a live view from guide camera.
