ASI294mm Pro not recognized Windows 11, malfunctioned

I got a new computer with Windows 11, and am an IT Professional, yet Windows 11 gives this error everytiime when I try to connect via usb my ASI294mm Pro:
The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.
And if you look in Device Manager, it says Windows disabled it due to the malfunction.
The malfunction is: Failed to reset port.

Anyone else having this issue? is there a way to fix?

Oh yeah, I thought I should add that my ASI120 mini works fine in windows 11. Just not my ASI294mm Pro.

Please install the latest version native driver and test with different cables and ports. Thanks.
Also, could you tell us the version of your PC OS?
