I'm using an android tablet and a wireless Ioptron CEM26 and an ASIair Plus running version 2.0 software
My tablet wifi can connect to the Ioptron mount Wifi
I have an ASIAir Plus
My PC Wifi can connect Ioptron mount Wifi
ASIAir cannot connect to it. All of these devices are within 15 feet of each other.
I have checked the mounts IP address and the port many times to make sure it is correct in the ASIair on my tablet and it is.
Just to check, I connected a USB 2.0 cable to the bottom of the Ioptron hand controller and to the ASIAir Plus and the ASIair Plus now recognizes the mount and connects to it. But that method doesn't work for me as a permanent solution. Any ideas or tips how to trouble shoot and solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
