Memory card not recognized

Memory card is no longer being recognized. It is functional on the computer. I have erased and reinserted several times.

wbrogdon How about the Filesystem format? ASIAIR only supports NTFS\ exFat\ Fat32. BTW, please check the sd card port, is it tight?

Port is tight. Card is fat32.
I will try another card when I get a chance to purchase one

I purchased a new card. Reset firmware and deleted and reinstalled app and it still does not recognize my sd card.

wbrogdon One last thing to check: Use an SD card reader to plug it into the USB port on the ASIAIR device with your new SD card, and check if it is there. If not, maybe the SD card port is not working, then please contact support@zwoptical.com.

It must have been a bug. When I left the new card in the slot and plugged the old one in with a usb card reader it recognized both cards. Now when I disconnect the usb reader the sd slot is still recognized.

I just setup my brand new asiair+ (firmware updated) and had a similar issue.
From power down I inserted a brand new sandisk 32gb sdcard (FAT32).
Powered up asiair+ and sdcard was not recognized, removed sdcard with asiair still powered up and inserted into computer which saw ASIAIR as named device with 5 empty folders.
Removed from PC and reinserted the sdcard while asiair+ was still powered on and sdcard was immediately recognized.
After asiair+ reboot and power down/up tests the SD card is always recognized.
