Have been using this for about a 1/2 yr, then was sitting on the shelf for a few months. When I reconnected, my linux (Ubuntu) could not detect it (lsusb). It does detect my other cameras (ASI294mc, ASI174mm, ASI1600, etc). I've tried this on other Ubuntu computers as well. It's the same whether or not I use a USB2 or 3.
What can I do??
