I use an AA+. I was configuring a plan when I suffered a network disconnection. After reconnecting I can't go into the plan mode without the app crashing. I tried accusing from my iPhone, my iPad and a MacBook M1, all crash the app the same. It looks like the saved plan is corrupted somehow and trashes the app. I tried resetting the firmware and updating it back to the later, but looks like the configured plan is still there. Is there any way to completely remove all the configuration from the AA+? The firmware reset and the reset button just don't fully clean the config and I'm now unable to run plans and wasting precious clear skies 😢
