I think you can also take a break to install ASCOM platform in a pc, download the new firmware, connect the mount with usb cable provided and install it. It's very very easy.

Sam@ZWO why hasn’t the asiair app got a guiding rate for am5 mount the same way as it has it for eq6r etc?
There’s nothing there! Is it locked out? What figure is it at if so?

ajobacho Take a break from what? My 10Micron works just fine.

Unfortunately, I don’t use a PC with the AM5… I use an iPad. So, after all the geniuses with “advanced-technology” skills are done trouble-shooting the beta firmware in Alt/Az mode, I’ll install it when it appears on the ASI Mount app….

Hallo. What goes wrong with my mount: when I try to upgrade the new 1.2.1 software, I get message "No available file found".... Please advise.

jeremiah2229 You just need do follew #2，update by ASCOM，and the ASCOM will show the version。

I have done this, please read what I posted. I have used the ASIMount app to upload the 1.22 firmware and it says it was successful but there is no change to the firmware version. Will there be an audio when the mount restarts? There is indication that anything happened other than the info in the firmware upgrade dialog say it was successful and to close this dialog and ASIMount app will try to reconnect to the device.

Currently you can only install v1.2.2 beta version via ASCOM. There is no v1.2.2 in ASIMount app, only the official firmware version.

Delay time for meridian is solved with 1.2.2 or is only for multi star alignment?

ajobacho 1.2.2 support delay time for ML,but also need ASCOM support it,ASCOM has not support the delay settings yet, just wait a moment.
