Today the ZWO 294mm camera has been working fine, but for no reason it couldn't find the focus even with the moon, the whole screen is black without any record.

1.- I have uninstalled and installed the drivers
2.- I have tried the camera without telescope in different usb 3 ports
3.- In the same ports a zwo 462 camera works perfectly, that is, it makes noise

With the 294 you simply can't see anything, even showing a bright light you can't see anything at all.

I have tried to decrease the usb turbo usb min =40

-->> Windows 10, device manager, the camera appears and everything is ok. driver zwo

What is the solution?

vpinto Can you test the camera in ASIStudio-ASIImg to rule out the software problem?
You can download the latest version native driver and ASIStudio here.

Please directly connect the camera to PC, don't use any hub, and test it with different cables, ports, and 12V power supplies. Also need to ensure there is no other software use this camera at the same time.

okay. Resume:

1.- Laptop with driver 2.19 sharpcap works natively and ASCOM

2.- Observatory computer with 2.19 or 2.20 Sharcap only works in ASCOM not in native (before it worked with 2.20 it must be a problem of a recent update)

3.- In all cases, computers and versions with ASI STUDIO work correctly.

Solution: Get in touch with the developer of Sharcap and indicate the incident.
