ASIAIR Plus Not Powering On !!

Hi There,

I just received my ASIair Plus and I Plugged in my equipment to test out and suddenly lost the WIFI and the ASIAIR is not turning on, tried 12V 2 A adaptor, 12V 5A adaptor nothing works, its not even turning on !! Any advise will be really helpful !!

tarun2030 Is the PWR light on?
If PWR light is on, remove all the devices from the ASIAIR Plus, then power it again

Power plug needs to be a 5.5mm with a 2.1mm hole - if you are using a 5.5 with a 2.5mm hole it might not make contact.

enaiman I used the orginal power adaptor nothing turns on not even the red light
