mranch1 I downloaded the app and I can connected my iPad to the ASIAIR plus, but it says ASIAIR not found.
OK, by that, I assume that you mean that the ASIAIR app launches and run, and your iPad's WiFi settings is successfully connected to the ASIAIR device's SSID. But yet the app cannot find the device. Right?
(Unfortunately ZWO calls both the device and the app "ASIAIR.")
If so, go to iPad Settings. On the left size of the Settings window, scroll down (past User ID, Airplane Mode, General, etc) until you reach the group that has all of your apps' settings.
Look for the ASIAIR app in that group, and select it. Turn on Local Network access. And while you are at it, turn Location access to "while using."
The above was requested when you first launch a fresh copy of the app, but you could have rejected permission to allow the app to access the WiFi network.
Since ASIAIR connects to a foreign server, you may not want to give it Photo access, nor Camera access (which is only needed if you need to restore registration using the QR code).
