Hara Nonsense. I have both, color and mono cameras and two ASIAIRs, Pro and Plus, and all works fine.
Not true.
The ZWO apps will not stack a collection of images that are color separations, and compose them into a single color (RGB) output image.
A collection of images taken with a red filter, a collection of images taken with a blue filter, etc cannot be combined into a single output RGB image. This is the "monochome" workflow. For these workflow, the ZWO program could only produce stacks of monochrome color separations (i.e., stacked red, stacked green, stacked blue, etc).
The ZWO programs stack images to produce a color output only if each single captured image already contains all color components, for example CMOS "color" cameras (or frames from DSLR cameras) whose sensors are monochome sensors with a mosaic of the Bayer pattern.
That was what @gamerpc was complaining about.
