Liveimage freezes at lower resolutions

I have an ASI183 and an 224
Since I "upgraded" my computer to a new Win 10, i have had some problems with the cameras;
When I reduce resolution below respectively 1920x1080 and 800x600, the liveimage freezes in sharpcap.
They DO still capure images at the lower resolution, eventhough the live preview-image is frozen.

I have tried to:

Uninstall an reinstall the ZWO drivers and sharpcap
Uninstall, and "follow the ASI book" with first ASCOM, then drivers and then the entire ASI software package
Use ASICAP but it freezes too, all-though at a slightly lower resolution (1280x800)
Retry with sharpcap after above, but still same problem

My old Win 8 PC dos not have the problem, so i suspect it might be Win10 related?

Are anyone familiar with this problem
And/or have suggestions to try to fix it? 🙂

Henrik_R Hi We tested, but didn't reproduce the problem you said, can you tell us the version of ASCOM driver, native driver, and sharpcap you use?
Also, do you have another computer to test these two cameras to rule out the problem? also other USB cables and USB ports.
And please refer to this guide to catch the log and send it to us for analysis. thanks.

Hi.
My Win 8.2 computer works fine with the same cable
I think tried another cable from the printer at some point, but not sure; I will retry to make sure

I use a sharpcap 4.0 (64bits)
ZWO_USB_Cameras_driver version is 3.19.0.0
Ascom devicehub 6.45.0.0 (if it matters)

Regarding the log, I don't have a c:\user..\AppData\Roaming\asicamerasdk
The appdata\roaming folder contains - among others - these relevant folders:
ASICap
ASIStudio
Sharpcap
But there is no 'asicamerasdk' folder or a log by that name in any of them?

Henrik_R Need to replug the camera and restart the software after change 00 to 01.
