In your screen shot (the 2nd picture) you will see that ZWO is giving you an E-Mail-Address where to contact when you should have problems with your device!
Guess that is the best solution!
Else there is a small button ( RESET ) on your ASIAIR+ device * the side where you power on/off the ASIAIR+* try to push that button " gently please " for 5-10 seconds ( remove also all attached devoices from your ASIAIR+ ) not sure if it will help, but I guess that is why the RESET button is there..
Else, try to remove all attached devices from your ASIAIR and reboot again..
