Having trouble with ASIAir pro after the update.

Not sure the problem is related to the update, but I’ve not had any trouble like this before.

When ASIAir pro boots up, the main camera and guide camera shut off right after the ASIAir pro “ beep” occurs. This is repeatable . Power light on the camera goes out. Guide cam also fails.

Main cam = ASI 2600 MC
Guide cam = ASI 174MM

Tried switching cables several times, no help.

Tried to power camera with direct dc power, no help.

Not sure what is going on. Need help asap.

Advice on testing might be help.

I have the original back of the ASIAir pro software that I made when I bought the device.

Test it with all of the 12V DC outlets, and all the USB cables to the ASIAIR removed. See if you can now boot up.

If it boots up, try insert them back, one at a time, and rebooting after each time. You might be able to identify the problem.

Your microSD card may have developed errors.

If it is just a firmware problem, and not a hardware problem, try burning a new microSD card from the image or microSD that you had archived away at the time you first received the ASIAIR from the factory.

And then let the latest app update the firmware again after that.
