Hello Tech,
I'm not sure why you can't reproduce the problem on your MDL. I tested this camera on 3 other computers of mine. I get the same exact error in MDL. Also, I tested it on 2 other fellow astronomers computers in MDL with the same exact error. That's total of 5 errors out of 5 different computers.
I have total of 3 setups in my observatory. Two of them are using ASI174 and the ASI290 as guide cameras. They work perfectly fine using the same computers with the same settings. Only the new ASI220 gives the error.
I'm not sure now if something is wrong with the camera or it maybe an ASCOM driver problem with MDL.
Anyway I need to get this resolved soon as I may be running out of return period allowed by the dealer very soon. I will have to return it and get another camera model that I know it works such as the 174.
You asked me to test it using ASI Studio. It works fine with ASI Studio.
I also noticed that in the Offset/Gain Dialog window, there's an offset value of 200. The image I took using ASIStudio seems to have an offset value = 0 as it says ninth fits header. Just curious???
I'm attaching screen shots of MDL different settings relating to this camera for you to review.

Thank you very much for your help.
