However, the EXACT same issue persists.
I follow the link in the email which takes me to the Repair Service Center Login -- that's good because that's where I need to be. I've used the service on numerous occasions without an issue, but now, I cannot even Login.
What I mean is, the "Login" button seems disabled? I've tried multiple laptops, multiple browsers on those laptops, iPhones, iPads and the system plain and simply WILL NOT allow me to Login. If I clear the password the system tells me "Please enter password". But, if I put ANYTHING into the password window, nothing -- system becomes non-responsive. I've even intentionally put the wrong password in to see if I could force a password rejection -- NOPE.
I've even attempted the forgot password and registration processes, and the system WILL NOT send the code to permit me to continue through the process.
I've never experienced anything like this before -- it's almost as if once ZWO realized they needed to replace my EFW under warranty someone behind the scenes decided to disable my ability to Login and provide the requested shipping address -- that's literally all I'm TRYING TO DO -- provide my shipping address. But a week on with hundreds of attempts to Login and no-joy.
Is the repair center Login broken, disabled, or what? Cause it's broken for this user and I'm completely sick of wasting my time.
Further, just tried to input an email address to have a Login code sent to me and THAT system is broken also.
