Repair time frame

I send my 174mm mini to the U.S. repair center in New Jersey for repair, it was delivered over 2 weeks ago.
I have yet to hear from anybody from the repair center on the status of my RMA, when I first requested the RMA, it was issued to me within a day with a shipping label.

There is no way to communicate with anybody there, how long I have to wait to hear back from anybody?

Tech@ZWO So, I got an email from the RMA team and they inform me they can't find my package anywhere in the building. According to the USPS tracking, the package was delivered on 4/13/23 in the mailbox. Someone must of taken all the packages out of the mailbox and placed somewhere. My question is, in the event the RMA team can't find the package, who is responsible for replacing my missing camera? I can't claim USPS because the package was delivered, am I just out of camera because someone was careless? I really hope the RMA team can find the missing package, but I need answers.

Maybe due to shipping. Mine is processed in 1 week, you can email or call if you have the phone number of the operator.

And If they can't find it, who is responsible to get me a replacement?
