I use a Canon DSLR which has a battery of 7.4 VDC. Can the camera be connected as if it were a dew heater or flat panel which are adjustable and adjust the voltage to 7.4V? Is the percentage shown after the name of the accessory a percentage of 12V or current?

No!!!

The ASIAIR's "variable DC" output is not DC.

It is a PWM output that is rectangular wave modulated between 0V and 12V, with a duty cycle that provides an average output voltage. The camera will see 12V, and will likely to self destruct.

taurus81 , Hola, tengo las camaras Canon T6i y la T7i (Batería original 7,2 V 1040mA) ambas las puedo conectar al Asiair Plus salida de 12V configurada como "Camera", no he tenido ningun problema. Saludos

Thank you for the reply. Always ask when in doubt. Don't want to destroy my camera. Good to know it is not DC.
