Hello, I am a faithful user of zwo products, one of my cameras, the ASI290mc, was purchased a couple of years ago, but with little use, it has stopped working, it does not give a signal or connect where it used to. It is completely off, it must be a problem with the camera connector. I have tried with several cables and computers and it does not work or give a signal. The other cameras ASI462mc and ASI294mc, if they work. Which may be due? how could i repair it? Thank you so much
