Fan vibrations from cooled Cameras affecting imaging

Hi there!
I've come along this video from Cuiv, The Lazy Geek which is based on this thread on Cloudy-Nights about vibrating fans. The vibration of the uncompensated fans where so "strong" that it affected imaging on telescopes with high FL

Is this a general problem of ZWO cams and if yes why don't those fans get an antivibration rubber like PC-fans have since ages?! Simple technique, easy problem solving. (Other astrocam producers a compensating those vibrations already)

I agree with you surely zwo could solve this problem as you say or keep the fan being in contact with the camera body it's not rocket science.You can do it yourself but why after paying a lot for a camera should we have to solve a problem of zwo making

I have a camera ASI2600MM and I used during weeks. REcently I discovered that a stron vibration is transmited to the camera when the fan is connected. That exp`lains a lot of problems that I have capturing data.
I'am in contact now with the customer service but it seems as if this problem is not important for them.

Astro_Idecta Hi When did you purchase the camera?
You can adjust the four screws on the back of the camera to see if the vibration improves.

And could you share some images before and after you turn on cooling?

Astro_Idecta hi I have heard about this before it causes problems more on long focal length telescope.Look on Lazy geek on tube he goes into more detail

After testing the toric rubber rings, and loosing screws. I've concluded that they do not provide a comprehensive solution to the fan vibration issue. These toric rubber rings don't eliminate the direct contact of the screws with the chassis. This is a design consideration that could potentially be improved upon. One possible approach could be to seek out specific fans without vibrations or redesign the fan mount to minimize any contact or proximity with the chassis and components. This could enhance the overall performance of the camera, especially in terms of vibration control.
