You said that the fan will turn off when the camera is connected to the imaging software, and that's what I see in ASIImg, NINA, Sequence Generator Pro and TheSkyX. I think what we'd all like is for the fan to stay on, to keep the camera near ambient temperature, even when the cooler isn't running. That's the way my Starlight Xpress camera works. There's no need to run the cooler when we're not imaging, but I'm sure we'd all prefer not to have the camera rise to 20C above ambient, especially on a hot day.
Could ZWO put out a firmware update to solve this? Thanks. (BTW, the cooler itself works fine.)
