EAF firmware - side-by-side configuration is incorrect.

Hi,
I would like to install the new EAF firmware as I have a hyperstar and I would like to benefit from the longer focus range available after applying 3.3.7
I downloaded and expanded the software and connected my EAF then run the "electricdevicefwupdate_3.3.7.
My PC responds with the error:
"The application failed to start because of its side-by-side configuration is incorrect."
I have tried reboot, download firmware again, reinstall Visual C++ redistributable - no success.
Application logs states:
Event ID 33: Activation context generation failed for "C:\xxx\Windows_EAF_FWUpdate_3.3.7\ElectricDeviceFWUpdate_3.3.7.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.MFC,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

Has anyone else encountered and overcome this issue that can advise me?

Imd I have tried another PC this time not Windows 10 but Windows 11. I didn't get the error and so I successfully applied the firmware.
The problem for me is no longer an issue. Peculiar problem though.
