Pretty much any post processing software will handle an image that size.
I use AstroPixelProcessor on a MacStudio Ultra, and dedicate 64 GB of RAM to the program to speed it up (I have 128 GB of RAM [not typo] in the computer). The Mac has 20 cores, and I often seen AstroPixelProcessor use up to 1600% of one core; so it is capable of handling as much processing power as you can throw at it.
If you don't have that much RAM on the computer, make sure that you have at least a very fast NVMe solid state drive on the computer (they are cheap nowadays), and assign that drive as the program's workspace, since you will need fast memory for such large images. I don't know if you can assign specific drives to a program's workspace with other programs; but I think the good ones can.
