I have a rcx400 ,I have a asi air plus,wich combination in asi air do i click?
Is it:lx200 basic?
Lx 90/200/600/850 acf
Lx 200

I now that the rcx400 have the same base as the lx200.Thanks for reply

Oke👍Where do i Connect the Asi air plus on the rcx400?Is it on the rsr232 Port or the autoguiderport?This is on the tube.On the basepanel its only seriel Port and usb.I,m not sure wich one to connect 🤔

Sorry I don't know which port to choose. Regarding the rcx400, I have not found any successful connection cases on the Internet, and we are not sure whether he and ASIAIR can work together.
Based on experience, it is recommend to try rsr232.

Hi,ZWO,
I have it donne 👍😎I connect ASI AIR with my RCX400 and it works.
I connect the ASI AIR with a Meade cable usb to seriel.(Meade cable usb to rs232)
The ASI AIR connects in the tube rs232 port.
My ASI AIR is also connect to skysafari with Stella.
Stella is connect in the seriel Port in the base of the RCX400.
In ASI AIR you must select lx200 basic and then connect👍Its a dream come Alive.

Hi,
Yes ,everything works normally 👍
Its important to use the Meade cable(usb to rs232)and connect under lx200 basic.This cable goes directly into the ASI AIR with USB.The other side must be connected with another rs232 to the tubeport.
You can use the autoguider port on the tube also with st4 for guiding.
This is great for other astronomer’s with a RCX400 .

That is great news! I have been trying to get the Plus to work with my LX200GPS which is fork mounted. Is your scope fork or equatorial mounted? If it is fork mounted are there any particular settings you found needed to make it work? The connections are the same as what you did except no guider attached. Not using anything like Stella, etc. just the Plus and the ASI app on an iPad. I selected each of the Meade LX200 mounts in the app but none fully worked. Prior to buying the Plus I have used Stella and Skysafari with success but bought the Plus to integrate everything into one app. No success in using the Plus for Polar Align so I need to first use the scope Autostar handbox to PA. Once PA is done I can use the Plus for goto and plate solve. Wish I could do a PA with the Plus, would make life a lot easier and also meet my expectations of the Plus.

Have you tried using only the Plus without Stella and Skysafari? If so, how did it work?

I have spend 3 weeks for this to get to work!A lots of cables and frustration also….but…I finally got it to work👌
Its very important dad you work with the Meade cable to ASI AIR,and then make another connection to the rs232 port on your telescope (in my case on the OTA,because I have a RCX400)
I use ASI AIR with Stella and Skysafari.
I have a pier with my RCX400 equatorial mounted on top.This is ROCKsolid!I work with a OAG large from ZWO.
Guiding is great,I have no problems at al.In my case I must select in ASI AIR;lx200 basic,this is also important.
Only ASI AIR with my telescope whiteout Stella and Skysafari have I not tried yet.
IMPORTANT NOTE:you must have the same network on your Skysafari and ASI AIR and Stella to get everything to work!
