@jhun_4748 zwo answered to my ticket stating that in NINA 3.2 the issue should be solved. I cannot test it because I use NINA 3.1 HF2 which is the latest stable version, I'll wait the next release to test it.
In the meantime in NINA I created a custom template to handle the park which send the command and then stops waiting after 5 secs. Then starts a loop which every 5 secs checks if the scope is in Azimuth 270 0 0 and Altitude 0 0 0 (checking the + or + 1 arc sec of error). If the scope reaches the coordinates a trigger stops the loop, otherwise if I end up the time and telescope is not in expected position the sequence is aborted. Not straightforward as a working command but at least a solution
