Asiair on Vixen AP-SM StarBook One

Hello,
I have a Televue TV-85 on a Vixen Ap mount with a two-axis motor (6v), a Canon 5D Mark IV. I would like to know if "Asiair Mini or Asiair plus" would be compatible via the ST4 port of the starBooK One?
What I could or could not do.
Namely, will the Asiair allow me to :

position the mount by indexing on the sky.
make focusing easier,
make it easier to station the camera
manage Canon reflex automatic shooting (is the camera essential for stacking shots?).
