As a passionate of astronomy, ASIair user and also UX Research OPS in tech company I was wondering how you gather feedbacks and use them to prioritize your roadmap. At my company we have organized feedback the gathering in-app and outside the app, the categorization and priorization within our roadmap for over 700 feedbacks / month. Now we're also using AI to do some in-depth analysis. We've also connected this information to our datalake allowing us to sync product feedback with customer information, allowing us to prioritize the roadmap based on business outcomes rather than only volume of feedbacks.
As I see this forum as a starting point for this activity I was wondering how you manage these as a product team and wether or not you would like to push thing forwards. I see a lot of use case in what we currently do at my company (Agicap) and even more that could be applied to the Asiair app. In this case I would be happy to discuss it with you 🙂
