Might I suggest to the ZWO folks:
- a formal announcement of the new 1.5.1 firmware for the mounts, if indeed it exists
- thorough, step-by-step instructions, starting from step 1, on how to install the firmware? (for all platforms that you support, including naming of apps to use, and including screenshots)
- maybe, just maybe, address the plethora of "Get Data Failed" errors/questions that your users are reporting?
In case you aren't getting it, there is a general feeling that while the hardware may be good, the support is non-existent - to the detriment of the ZWO brand.
