Hello, I have a problem with a very defined elongated particle. I attach an image.

the particle is more visible in solar photo white light, I have not seen it so far.

It is visible without filters, or intermediate lenses, also removing the protective glass, ie direct light to the chip.

I have cleaned following the cleaning manual and others, the internal crystal of the chip, in many ways and means,
I also attach an image, other particles come and go but this one is fixed in its position and absolutely nothing moves.

What I can do.

-NOT SERIOUS-I thought that the answers by ZWO would be in temporary order, here I am answering myself, for lack of any solution. The glass of the camera will wear out from so much cleaning, always having the same immovable particle in the image, I remember that there is nothing between light and chip and that with other cameras and the same telescope it does not happen.

It seems that the particle is inside the chip, so no matter how much I clean the outside, it's still there. I'll have to ask something simpler for someone from ZWO to answer me, for example, why do they answer questions asked after mine? I throw the camera away? I ask in other forums like cloudnight?
