Just received this OGA and the helical focus collar won't turn. Am I missing something obvious?

Loosen the brass focus lock thumbscrew
Brass thumb screw is loose and it won't turn. I can remove the thumbscrew entirely and it won't turn.

Problem solved. The silver grub screws on the collar were over torqued.
