How I see this: Industry can talk among themselves that 3 cylinder car engine is V6 or what ever, but when they come to customer market and say same, it is fraud. Same here, if they claim in marketing that 16mm sensor is 1" sensor, that is 25,6 mm, it is false marketing and also fraud. You cannot defend yourself in the court that "among our group 1" is 16mm and everybody knows it". It is outright fraud, nothing more.
