Missing Flats?

Having a strange issue with Flats. I shoot them with my AA+ and will shoot 20 but when I move the USB to my laptop there only be 4 or 5 of the 20 on the USB. If I put the USB back on the AA+ and look at the image management all 20 are there. Any ideas?? This only started happening the past 4 nights.

I have exactly the same issue... all the flats are here when the USB thumb drive is connected to the AA+ and I check in the Asiair app. I can even access them from my PC when connected to my home wifi and mount as network drive. But when I remove the USB thumb drive and connect it to my PC, the flat folder only shows 18 of the 226 flat files...
Is this a bug?

skywatcher00 We received similar reports that caused by the same folder name with different capital and small letter.
Try this to see if the problem solves.
Rename the folder name in PC, then restart the ASIAIR Plus to see if other files come up.
