I have just purchased a second-hand ASI120MM Mini. The previous owner used it 1 day ago with his ASIAir Pro with no issues.
I have uploaded the latest Windows drivers on my lap top and the camera connects and is recognized (using the short ZWO USB2.0 cable). When I try and use SharpCap 4 or PHD2, the camera is recognized but nothing shows up on the preview or looping screens. SharpCap is showing "dropped frames due to ZWOTimeout". PHD2 just reports that the camera connect has been lost.
The camera has V3 firmware installed (according to the FWUpdater Tool).
Any suggestions as to how to proceed?
