I just got an ASI698MC, intending to use it for planetary imaging. FireCapture does not recognize the camera. SharpCap picked it up right away. Is this a driver issue? If so, where do I get what I need to make it work? Clif Ashcraft, NJ, USA
Another comment on the 678: ASI Studio does not recognize the camera either, and, although SharpCap recognizes it, none of the available debayer settings work to give a believable color. Something is seriousy wrong here... Clif
clifashcraft Updated to the latest version ASIStudio and firecapture to try. This is the download link of ASIStudio. https://www.zwoastro.com/downloads
Works for me on Linux with FC 2.7 and ASIStudio 2.9
