numerous times I’ve submitted bug reports along with the associated session logs pointing out the same issue,
Meridian Flip followed by auto centering failures. The scope ends up facing the ground.
The response I finally received today was that there isn’t any meridian flips issues in the logs!, so I went back and attached a few logs to the communication string that have the obvious meridian issue in them showing the problem. So then they come back and say yes these logs indicate problems after the meridian flip , BUT they won’t analyze them because they aren’t official logs! What!
They have a years worth of this being reported and this is the response, no response…. Wow

Dspital Sorry for the delay and trouble, could you tell me your Bug report ID? i will confirm the status with my colleague.
In addition, what is your mount? thanks.,

I would be thrilled to test a fix for this issue. I like the Asiair but I can’t continue to use it if it can’t handle the meridian flip.
      Thanks
