ASI294MC Pro usb connection to laptop

Hello,

My 294mc pro is having trouble being recognized by my laptop. I have all the drivers downloaded and my laptop will make a noise like it is connected but the camera doesn’t show up.

What type of laptop? Windows 10/11? MacOS? Linux?
When you say "you have all the drivers downloaded" which ones did you download and install? Did you carefully read the instructions on this page: https://www.zwoastro.com/downloads?
Do you have a power supply connected to your camera and is it turned on?
