Yesterday for the first time I activated asiair plus.
When I first entered the application, I connected to wifi and then to the firmware update.
I accidentally closed the asiair device during the update.
When I tried to update the firmware again, the app wouldn't let me continue updating and gave me an auto connecting error message. And a message that i need to re-enter the application or reset the asiair device.

roialmog It is because you power off the ASIAIR device during the update.
Don't worry, it won't damage the system, follow the message to re-power the ASIAIR Plus and restart the app, then update it again.

I restarted the asiair device and the app and still the firmware is not updated.

Sorry for the trouble, could you contact ying.tang@zwoptical.com? we will solve this problem remotely.
In addition we also fixed this problem in the next version, should not appear in the future.

Yes, we made a temporary test version to fix this problem, you can directly contact us for that if you have the same problem, or wait for the public test version, it will be released very soon.

roialmog Not sure if your issue has been resolved but have you tried resetting the firmware using the reset button by following this procedure:
Note: You have to be pressing the reset button before you turn on the ASIAIR
